How can I manage changes to my subscription, such as upgrades or downgrades?

Upgrades: 

When you upgrade your subscription, the new benefits - including increased request limits and access to endpoints - become effective immediately. Charges for the upgrade are prorated for the remaining period of your current billing cycle.

Downgrades: 

We do not support direct downgrades. To move to a lower-tier plan, cancel your current subscription from the 'Subscription' section in your account settings. You can then subscribe to a new plan once your current billing cycle concludes.
