The 3D view should work on any device from Android 10 and iOS 14 to Android 14 and iOS 18. Of course, the performance can be worse on older OS versions or if the internet connection is not stable. We recommend using Wi-Fi or any other fast connection.
If you notice any problems with the 3D view feature, please report them to us by emailing support@fr24.com. Make sure to include screenshots, information about your device, operating system, and our app version (Settings > Misc > About).
If your current browser does not support WebGL which is essential for the functioning of Flightradar24. Please change to a supported browser and try again. WebGL is supported by most major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera. To check your browser, you can use these links: https://get.webgl.org/ and https://webglreport.com/
