Android:
If you are running Android up to 7 you will still be able to use an already installed old app version but you will not be able to download and resintall it.
That generally means that in order to be able to download the latest version from the Playstore to either reinstall or install for the first time your device needs to be updated to at least Android 8.
iOS:
If you are using an OS version older than 14 you will still be able to use an already installed old app version but you will not be able to update the app to a newer version.
That means that in order to be able to download the latest version from the AppStore your device needs to be updated to at least iOS 15.
Please note:
Generally, for the best user experience, we recommend having your device updated to the latest OS.
